You may choose any gift card that can be ordered online, excluding visa/mc/amex and Big Buck. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months or will be forfeited.

Before you submit your claim
If you win $600 or more in accumulated prizes throughout the year, you are required to submit a W-9 as required by the IRS. We will contact you via email and ask you to submit your W-9 (securely) online.
